Data deletion

You can delete your FlirtMaster account and all your data whenever you want, without giving a reason. This page explains how, what is deleted, what is kept because the law requires it, and how long it takes. The controller is Codelabs Studio, S.L.; everything else is in the privacy policy.

1. From your account (fastest)

1. Sign in to FlirtMaster
2. On the web: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. In the app: Profile → Delete account
3. Confirm: on the web by typing DELETE, in the app with the Schedule deletion button

Deletion is scheduled for 30 days later. During that window the account keeps working and you can sign in and cancel it from the same place; if you do not, it runs when the window ends and there is no way back. If you have a subscription, it is cancelled and does not renew. Before deleting you can download a copy of all your data as JSON from Settings → Privacy → Export your data.

2. By email

If you cannot sign in, write to dpo@memchats.com from your account email, with the subject "Data deletion". If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours. We answer within one month at most and confirm by email once the deletion is done.

3. What is deleted

• Your account: email, name, language, plan, and your user on our identity server (including the link to Google or Apple if you used it)
• Your conversations: messages, memory, commitments, patterns, documents, embeddings and Alma's answers
• The files you uploaded: exports, screenshots and audio, deleted from storage (Cloudflare R2)
• Dating: the profiles of the people, their network history, their photos (including the files in storage), your voice profile and the analyses of your own profile
• Notifications and access: your device identifiers, your API keys and keyboard data
• Profile photos (FlirtMaster, when available): your photos, everything generated from them and their variants

4. What is kept, and why

• Invoices and payment data: 6 years, because Spanish tax law requires it. Stripe keeps them; we never have your card
• Backups: up to 45 days. Deleted data may remain in backups already taken until they rotate out, and they are only restored to recover the service after an incident
• A technical identifier of the deleted account, with no email, name or content, so an old session left open on some device cannot recreate it empty
• Proof of a withdrawn consent (FlirtMaster profile photos): the accepted text and its date, marked as revoked and without IP or browser

5. Deleting only part of it

You do not need to delete the account to delete one person: deleting a contact (or a person in Dating) deletes their conversations, memory, profile, photos and the photo files with it. You can also delete a single conversation.

6. If you remove access from Google or Apple

Removing FlirtMaster from the connected apps of your Google or Apple account stops you signing in with that button, but does not delete your data in FlirtMaster. To delete it, use section 1 or 2.

7. If you have no account but your data is in FlirtMaster

If someone has saved you in their Dating section or a conversation with you appears, you can ask us to delete your data even if you are not a user: write to dpo@memchats.com with your nickname and the network (and, if you can, a screenshot of your profile). We search all accounts and delete it within one month at most. More detail in the privacy policy.
