Child safety standards

Last updated: November 1, 2026. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

FlirtMaster has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in any form. This page explains what is prohibited, how to report it and what we do when we learn about it. It is part of our Terms, which every user accepts when creating an account.

1. Adults only (18+)

FlirtMaster is only for people aged 18 or over. Every user declares they are an adult when creating an account; if we know or have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we close it.

2. What is prohibited

  • Creating, uploading, storing, requesting or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, drawn or AI-generated
  • Any content that sexualizes a minor, including text, descriptions and photos
  • Using FlirtMaster to contact, recruit or manipulate a minor (grooming), or to arrange to meet one
  • Asking the FlirtMaster AI for sexual content involving minors, or trying to make it produce such content
  • Uploading photos or profiles of people who may be under 18
  • Trafficking, sextortion or exploitation of minors of any kind

3. How to report inside the app

Every AI response and suggestion has a Report button (the flag). Tap it, choose the reason (offensive, sexual, hate or other) and the report reaches us directly, without leaving the app. A person reviews every report, not an automated system, and those involving minors go first.

4. How to report by email

Write to safety@flirtmaster.app describing what you saw and, if you can, a screenshot and the name of the person or profile. You do not need an account. Never send us the material itself: describe it.

5. What we do

  • We remove the content and close the account involved
  • We keep the information needed for an investigation, even if the account is deleted
  • We report it to the competent authorities, as the law requires
  • We cooperate with the police and the courts when they ask us to

6. If a child is in danger

If there is immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe, 911 in the US). You can also report directly to the police in your country; in Spain, the Policía Nacional or the Guardia Civil.

7. Compliance with the law

We comply with the child protection laws that apply to us, starting with Spanish and European Union law, and with the rules of the app stores where we publish FlirtMaster.
